We’re Lee & Kristina, the founders of Guess Events, our catering company based in Newton Tracey, Barnstaple. We started our early careers in the restaurant industry, before the creation of Guess Events back in 2010. For over 15 years we’ve been providing formal wedding catering across North Devon and Cornwall and we’ve had the experience of working with hundreds of unique couples, creating memorable dining experiences.

Our family business was created with a true passion and great service, so in 2026 we reimagined to what we are now- a catering company serving relaxed, fun yet luxe food experiences across Bideford, Barnstaple, North Devon, Cornwall and the South West with our pink food bars.

We believe that food can make or break an event, so let us do the work and make your event amazing. Our services are designed with versatility and personality in mind. We provide premium service at every step, covering every detail to make the process hassle-free and helping you make your event bespoke to you. We can cater to a wide variety of events, guests and venues, including those with limited kitchen facilities.

We care about more than just taste though — that’s why all our food is served in eco-friendly packaging, helping to reduce waste and protect the environment, as well as taking even more stress away from your event. Our premises in Newton Tracey, Barnstaple is completely off grid, powered by solar, and our refrigerated van is powered by electric to help us reduce our emissions.

We are proud to have held a 5-star Food Hygiene Rating for our entire careers, alongside other awards and positive reviews, so you can feel assured that we will always provide a clean and professional service at your event.
